liquid anvil: identity portfolio
(Somewhat) Organized by Time
At Liquid Anvil, we believe your identity is far more than a pretty picture at the top of your stationery. And your identity is a whole lot more than your logo – but that’s not a bad place to start.
Consider your logo as your “face”. It’s the first – and most identifiable, if done correctly – thing consumers notice about your company. Well, so long as the service rep doesn’t have 14 pounds of metal hanging off his eyebrows and drools on the carpet, anyway. At Liquid Anvil, we can help you put your best face forward. Please ignore the eyebrow piercing.

Area 51
Area 51 is a newly refurbished entertainment complex in Roswell, Georgia – hence the whole spaceship theme, we promise. They wanted fun, frivolity & kitsch; this is what you get when you listen to a lot of Esquivel’s Space Age Bachelor Pad Music and design at the same time.It could’ve been worse. You should have seen the happy alien we did on the first go.

Marketing Matters
Designing for a marketing company can be a tough call. Especially a good marketing company with diverse talent and tastes. Here’s what we finally turned out for them – an abstract but coherent play on the MM.Services:

Textol Systems
Textol needed their logo updated for their new & improved site – but not too updated. We took their swoosh, mucked about with the fontage a bit and gave them this, and updated but still directly related version. Until you their new site launches, you can see their old logo there. And buy some Velcro – their prices and service are great.Services:

Goldbug Parties
Goldbug is a company that sponsors and organizes gold buying parties. Their request was for something forceful and, preferably, involving a scarab. Here’s our take on the idea. You can see a stylized version on their site.Services:

WaterHeaterZone.com
Carl Dordelman, the plumbing überbrain behind WaterHeaterZone.com, wanted something that looked like a heating element, boiling water, cool text and didn’t care particularly about the print aspects for his site. Here’s our take... And the new site isn’t ours, fast as it is.Services:

Tri Star Studios
Tri Star is a state-and-above-of-the-art photographic studio located just outside downtown Atlanta, Georgia. For some reason, we felt we’d go with, say, three stars in the logo.Services:
